Food and waitress were wonderful. Once we paid and walked downstairs, we were going to buy an ornament in the little store... inside on the way out. The whole time we were in there, the cashier (red hair) and presumed partner were glaring at us with alook of disgust. Instead of kindly telling us your closed, we went to checkout and she rudely just says no. How do you work inretail/customer service with a personality like that? We won't be returning for this reason. Read more

Very disappointing. The best part of the meal were the drinks. My husband got a steak and I ordered the carbonara, both were... really underwhelming, especially for the price. One person in our party got his steak 25 minutes after the rest of the food cameout. Extremely overpriced for the experience. There are MUCH better places in Fort Collins for a nice steak. Read more

The wait staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The starters and main courses here are excellent and leave... you excited for what's to come. After having a great meal we topped it off with a bit of pie a la mode and it couldn't have beena better finisher. I highly recommend a dinner here for a special occasion or if you're in the mood to treat yourself. Thedrinks are also well crafted! Read more

Beautiful restaurant, fun atmosphere (especially 2nd floor under the glass roof)... but hit-or-miss food. Host was obliging and... let us take prime seating by open windows before a reserved party came in. Bacon wrapped dates with balsamic were heaven ????. The roasted chicken entree was absolute bliss. Watermelon gazpacho? Not so much. Had a carbonated fizz to it I found unpleasant.Corn burrata salad didn't have enough burrata to balance the arugula overload. I think this place has some great farm to tableideas, but the execution is missing on some plates. The vibe is still chill enough to bring some friends for drinks though. Read more

Took my guests here for a dinner, but it was our first time at the Cache. We always enjoy the cafe and figured we would give the... Cache a try. The atmosphere was incredibly - very modern and clean. Our server was so accommodating and pleasant. The 4 starswas for the food- it was good but for the amount we paid it wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. The atmosphere, the service, the presentation, the reservation process, all great- the food was just nothing extraordinary. Read more

We had a lovely meal but it was nothing special for the price. I don’t mind paying for an expensive meal but this felt... overpriced for what the experience was. Service was good. The food itself was ok. Not bad but not memorable in any way. Steakwas over cooked and so was the halibut. Rooftop is nice but you’re looking at apartments. Read more

It's been a while since we ate at The Caché and it definitely delivered! Holly was such an amazing server and very... knowledgeable of the menu options. She steered us into a delicious NY steak, twice baked potatoes, pork saltimbocca, tunatartare for starters and some perfectly paired wines. We're not letting so much time go by until our next visit! One of the bestambiance restaurants in Fort Collins with an excellent dinner menu to match ???? Read more
