One of my go to spots when I?m in Fort Collins - these guys are serving up some solid fare. Only gripe this time was a tad too... much salt on the fries, and I love salt! (favorite bagel - salt, favorite bbq - salt lick austin, favorite salt - Maldon, I onceswam out into the Atlantic and gathered sea water to make my own salt). I?ll be back, fries, easy on the salt. Not what I expected, but... Good food. Counter service. Poutine is fabulous! Delicious fries. Staff was very kind and helpful.... Patio seating out front and back. Great mule, served in copper mug. Good bet choices. Clean restrooms! Read more

Great service. The menu is small, but has a huge variety within that small framework. We had six different sandwiches over the... course of two days and they were all super flavorful and very different. The poutine was good but a bit heavy to repeat thesecond night. He guy behind the counter each night was both super helpful and never stopped moving. This place is hopping! Thefirst night we also shared an Outer Range Ale that went well with the food. Our favorite was the Bahn Mi. But the meat andother ingredients are so well prepared I'd recommend just picking from the menu what sounds good to you - you can't go wrong! Read more
Absolutely loved this place. It feels like home. In an alternate universe, I could have seen myself going to The Colorado Room... as the ?place to go?. The fireplace feels cozy and the dishes hits that perfect bar comfort vibe. I can definitely coming hereagain once in Fort Collins. I can only imagine this place when it?s hopping. Read more
