I got food here tonight/Sunday evening, and the food was the worst I've tasted from Wendy's. I go to this chain about once a... week and I've been a customer for a long time. The bun was stale, the cookie was stale, the nuggets were chewy, and even thechili tasted "off." It was pretty clear that nothing was fresh and maybe it had been laying out all day. At least the drinkand the frosty tasted normal. I'm definitely not going back to this location in the future. Read more

Condescending attitudes. Just quit if you don't like where you work. The constant bad attitudes reflect that you're not happy... working there. This location keeps getting worse. The soda machine has been making terrible drinks for the last 6 months. I've said something... every time and the same 2 managers pretend this is the first time they've been told. The meat in the burgers are getting smallertoo. I went through the drive-thru on 7/24 around 7:30. I ordered a large double meal with no ketchup or tomatoes, a Frosty and a... double sandwich. First window there was no greeting just the total. After the transaction I said "enjoy the rest of your day",he replied "enjoy the rest of your day". Second window there was no greeting, no smile. He stuck the bag out the window theturned around and grabbed my Frosty and handed it to me and turned back around. I said enjoy the rest of your day. Where is thecustomer service? I know nothing will probably come of this since I don't see any responses from management to the individualswho have bad experiences. Usually, my fast food experiences are very average. However, today and Wendy?s I was actually really impressed! The lady that... took my order was super kind- asked me how I was doing and treated me like a real human. The lady that took my payment was supersweet too and, frankly, very attractive.
