Comfort and care - Ye's Poke Station is my new favorite location for a timeless dish, with the addition of fun and delicious... options. This location has bubble teas, sweet treats, and an incredibly attentive staff - who were more than willing to guide methrough the perfect options when choosing a meal for someone with dietary restrictions. Their food is very tasty. Now due to Pandemic, they only do takeout. Order first and then pick up at the front door. I went to... their restaurant many times last year, and always had a good experience. Even though the name is Poke Station, they also havelots of traditional Chinese food and Boba tea. And once a while they will add new dishes on the secret menu, which you have toask for it. I had the Spicy Fish Soup, which was super scrumptious. It is my third photo. I apologize I didn?t take a good photoat home. I only saw it once on their menu. First photo is Beef Noodles, and the Second one is Spicy and Sour Noodles. I agreewith some of other reviewers who said the food was too salty. But I also agree that salt just excites my appetite. I appreciatethat the food always come in with good portions of protein/carbohydrates/fiber which makes it healthy, if not looking at thesalt level. Boba tea are very yummy too. With the location next to CSU campus, I highly recommend students and faculties wholike good delicious food to try it. Read more
Strategically located just across of CSU at Fort Collins, corner of Laurel ST and Howe?s, and we found it to be amazing. It was... really good. I picked the medium size bowl with fresh salad and veggie as the base, and it was really fresh. Then add 2 scoopsof scallops and 1 scoop of Tuna. I add seaweed, fresh cut mango, white onion and edamame as the add on. And I pick wasabi shoyuas dressing. Finally top it of with fried onion and dry seaweed. It was really good. The taste of the wasabi shoyu dressing feltquite strong on your nose and will keep your head tingling pretty much till the last bite. Cool little place in Fort Collins with a variety of Asian food and street snacks. UPDATED: At first I gave this place 3 stars... after trying their Poke bowls. but I'm changing it to four stars because of the excellent Noodle Bowls, Honey bowls, and theirspecial hot pot noodles which were all very good and had very generous portions. Flavorful broth and spicy seasonings. If youwant to know about the poke, read on. I got the poke which had good flavor but next time I will ask for then to cut the sauceat least in half to avoid the salt bomb. Like I said the flavor of the sauce was great but just too much. I also got the HongKong style waffle which was ok, tasted like it was made from savory crepe batter which is not quite as authentic as I wouldlike. The service was a bit slow because they got probably 5 or 6 orders from Grub hub in front of me. Prices are pretty fairhere. Still a very enticing place! Read more
