Worst service I have experienced in a long time. We arrived and waited 25 minutes to get a table. Which wouldn't be a issue,... except there were a bunch of empty tables that just needed cleared. Then we got seated and I ordered water. It took 15 minutesto get water. By the time we ordered food they delivered everyone's food at different times. Taking at least 10 to 15 minutesbetween each order coming out. By the time my food arrived I just sent it back because everyone else was done eating. Read more
My husband and I stubbled into BWW after 11pm, but the staff was super courteous. The food was better than normal. The... atmosphere was fantastic without the day and evening rush. We were so tired and they took excellent care of us. We will be back. Read more
We had a great experience here. We stopped here, and was immediately notified by the hostess that they were short handed and... they were going to try and serve us the best they could. Our waitress was Lexi, and that poor young lady was practicallyrunning back and forth trying to keep her customers happy. She did great and always had a smile on her face. Food was ok. None of the side sauces, drinks, or salsa (for the chips and salsa) were in the bag. Not the first time this type... of situation has happened. I?ll get food somewhere else next time. Read more
Great vibe. Great place. Just don't run out of ranch.
I want to give 4 star but we've ordered from here numerous times, the last 4 times our takeout order has been missing items.... Wings are good, other food is hit or miss or missing. We will have to give up on this location. Read more

Poorly managed. Waited 45 minutes for a 6 top. One came up in the bar but we were told the bar tender didn?t want to clear it... because she was too busy. Lots of employees just walking around in slow motion looking like they just got out of bed. Need anadult manager to light a fire under them. Would have plenty of help if they moved faster. Went to pizza ranch. Walked right inand was eating in 5 minutes. Read more
