Wouldn?t go to fort dodge one, it is nasty and the mangers are just disrespectful to their customers and their employees Julie... and Sara are the mangers, mind you Sara is Julie?s daughter. Burger King you should find better mangers!! Why do you think youcan?t keep employees at that one? I would rate it for Zero stars if it were an option. Far to often I went to drive thru and wound up backing up and leaving. For example today may 26th I was the third car waiting to... order. I noticed the menu board had not ever gotten an order on it .another customer pulled up behind me and after about 10minutes they backed up and left I followed. I won't go to drive thru again I may not even goto burger King again ...I'm done! Read more
Messed up our order, then made us pay for the mistake. The girl had a terrible attitude. Asked for a manager. ?She?s busy?. No... we will wait. We waited and it?s now understandable where the drive thru gal got her attitude. She was equally rude. Notimpressed at all- we were trying to be reasonable and nice about it all. Closed dining room with no signs up stating that drive thru was all that's open, then when asked why, they didn't want to take... my order anymore. I don't care if you're short staffed. It takes 2 minutes to make a sign that saves other people alot ofaggravation. This is the worst Burger King in all of Iowa. I rarely have good sevice. Avoid at all costs!!! The Ft Dodge BK was awful today. The cashier would take one order, wait until the food was ready, sack it, give it to the... customer and then take the next order. She should have taken all orders and then helped the other employee put up the orders.There only 4 employees working with the kitchen help sometimes standing with no orders to put up because the cashier had notwaited on the customers. We probably waited 20 minutes just to get our order taken. Another thing, every time we go there theburgers are lukewarm and cold by the time you finish eating. Read more
