Went into Fort Dodge for gas, snacks and a restroom break. Used the bathroom, gathered our snacks, and got in line. We had one... customer in front of us, when another customer rudely stepped in front of us with scratch off lotto tickets she just wanted tocash in. The attendant did nothing, said nothing, just allowed this to happen. I Put all my items down, purchased just enoughgas to go to another station in Fort Dodge... Horrible service! Read more
I wasn?t sure if I was in a Casey?s men?s room or on the set of Law & Order SVU. I travel a lot and Casey?s is, by far, my... favorite chain. But I had to hard pass on this one. After seeing what I saw, I can?t trust that the kitchen is cleaned anybetter. Gave two stars instead of one in good faith due to the fact that it?s pure speculation as to how explosion my bowelactivity would have been after grabbing a slice. Read more
Caseys Alden Iowa is the best!!! Convenience, Service, Quality. All great it is a convenience store so the price is a little... higher but so much quicker and easier than going to a store 20 minutes away. Read more
It is the same as everywhere. However, gas station machines weren't working properly, so you couldn't pay with credit card ( I... tried 3 pumps). Had to go inside. No customers nor customers were wearing masks. I am only give 2 stars instead of 1, becauseone of the employees pulled her mask on when I approached. Our gas pump wouldn?t accept our card. The customer next to us said he had the same problem and moved to another pump. I told... the 2 cashiers inside. They said ?Yes we know. Pump 3 and 10 aren?t working.? When I asked if they had a piece of paper to letcustomers know about this, they ignored me. We also had to use a different pump. I did purchase coffee and donut. I was askedif they could help me with anything else. I once again said yes, it would be very kind if you would mark your nonfunctionalpumps to save others the hassle. Her silent glare said it all. My car broke down on my way into Fort Dodge. I pulled into this gas station and went inside. I asked the clerk, I believe her... name was Cassie, if I could leave myg car there until I was able to get it towed. She called her manager and they said yes, butit had to be out by monday morning. The next day, i arranged a tow, and when Cassie saw the tow truck pull up, she hurriedoutside to say the car was ok there, but then she saw me and was so relieved tgat my car wasn't being towed without myknowledge. Thanks Cassie for being a great person and looking out forva complete stranger!! On my way out of town I stopped tosay thanks but she wasn't working. I told the only manager there, the kitchen manager, to pass on to the manager that Cassiedeserves a gold star. Read more
I consistently have issues with their gas pumps. Either they don't work at all or take 15 minutes to pump gas. Inside of the... store is a bit run down and the bathroom is below average on cleanliness. Read more
