Tonight I went to the drive-thru at McDonald's. Me and my wife ordered a medium blue slushie thing, a two cheeseburger meal, and... a McChicken. Soggy bun and burnt , hard, nasty meat on cheeseburgers. No blue slushie forced to have a Sprite instead. And totop it all off no chicken on the McChicken. Are you serious? Nothing but excuses given instead of an apology. Every time we goto this restaurant it is nothing but messed up orders, rude and under train lazy employees. Managers they can't even manage ashower or look proper for the job. A GM that has no business leading any kind of team. There is better food most likely in thebottom of Burger King's dumpster than there is in the bags McDonald's hands out their window. I would rather eat food fromWendy's that I threw up prior in the day any McDonald's at the peak hour best. I don't even think I would feed this food to mydog. Read more
McDonald's is very clean and well staffed. I was sad though that they didn't have a dollar menu. But all and all great low price... fast food as always. Read more
Wasn't a clean table in the play area. I cleaned our table off. The trash cans were filled to the absolute max the whole hour... and a half we were there. And there was literally chicken nuggets and fries in the play area. And these employees want 15$ anhour. Read more
Ok we went to go to McDonald?s on 5th Ave in Fort dodge to get breakfast for us and the kids and they were so rude and... disrespectful! The girl was new and we ordered slowly walking her through. She was so quiet couldn?t hear her. Asked for her toread order back and she was so quiet and the order wasn?t read back all the way and was wrong she called a guy over and he wentoff on us cussing and everything and a girl came up and sent him outside and she was so hateful and didn?t want to fix the orderso we left my hubby told them to shut there their mouths talking to me like that. We got outside and the boy was out waiting onus and started up again and said we couldn?t do anything about it be he is a minor. Parents need to raise their kids right andteach them to be respectful. And employers need to make sure their employees know this sort of thing isn?t tolerated. Read more
They changed the playplace into something that looks like a very ADULT gym. It's no longer toddler friendly. Not a fan of... McDonald's anyway because their menu offers 0 keto friendly options...not even salad anymore from what I could tell...and thestaff always looks sloppy and unkept. Read more
The Burgers Weren't Cooked Fully And Didn't Have Any Of The Toppings Except Cheese. Hire Actually Cooks Not 15 Year Olds.
Much better then the other location in Fort dodge. Only issue is the last few times I have been there for breakfast, my muffin... was not toasted at all, almost as if it was pulled straight from the bag. No butter, no toasting, just very dry bread. Makes thesandwich ×10 less appetizing. Read more
