Tried to get a drive thru breakfast August 8, 2022 but after taking our order they apparently went on break because 15 minutes... later we were still one car away from the pay window. The car in front of us got tired of waiting and left. We pulled up topay but no one ever came to the window. We pulled on up to the second window and no one came to that window either. McDonald's, if you can't take care of your customers, please close down so people don't waste time at your business. Terribleplace. Don't waste your time here. This needs a zero rating as a one star is more than they deserve. Never again. Read more
While here the people were nice enough and the food was OK but the tables were all dirty and there were multiple employees... sitting in the lobby. The restroom has no toilet paper and the stall doors would not lock. Overall, I would say use the drivethru for the best experience. Read more
I went into the dining room. I ordered with the kiosk. I didn?t see a single employee for 15 minutes and my food still wasn?t... ready. This is a meal for 1 person, not a minivan full of people. Read more
Did mobile order w/ pickup via drive thru. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 large fries -- after I was told to pull ahead to... wait I got my order 25 minutes later. Wasn't busy. Could be short-staffed but definitely not fast food. Your experience mayvary. Food was okay. Fries were warm and not crispy. Such a long wait I would expect hot and crispy. Read more
Back in 2019 through 2021 This McDonalds had a lot of negative qualities. They have really stepped up their game and hired all... new employees and have taken the time to make the food right the first time. They haven't messed my order up yet this 2022! Sofar SO GOOD! They are QUICK now! I enjoy going again! The place seems cleaner and overall put together. They really worked hardto turn this place around! Good JOB! Read more
I was passing thru to go to special Olympics. I brought my friend who was participating. We ordered our food he asked the... manager at the counter a question. She ignores him. Then after she handed him his food he thanked her and she looked him in hisface and walked away. Worst customer service from McDonald's I've had in years. Unacceptable. Do better ma'am Read more
