I had the strangest experience recently, when I picked up my order through the drive thru and saw on my receipt (after I had... already paid) that one of the employees tipped themselves $3.50. I ordered over the phone and gave them my card in the window;there was not even an opportunity for me to tip. But then later I saw they tipped themselves without even asking. They alsoovercharged me for the edible straws, which they forgot to put in my bag, and when I came back to get the straws I paid for, Isaid I only wanted 2 and not 3 (they are $1 each); however, they wouldn?t give me my money back. The hours are not always the most convenient but I love the smoothies!
I love tropical smoothie but when I tried to place an order today at 02:55 pm on the app it said that I couldn't place it... because they were closed or would be before my order could be prepared... Really disappointing. Read more
have had MULTI{LE bad experiences. One i dont want to even share it on here. ALso no one will ever answer the phone during... lunch hours when you try to place orders. I love this place!! The smoothies are delicious and the staff are all so friendly. They always wash the blender before making... my smoothie because I have a severe allergy to oranges. The make sure that I won't have ANY orange. ?????? Read more
I love Tropical Smoothie!!!! I used to always get the Thai Chicken wrap but once I tried the Hummus veggie wrap I was HOOKED!... You can even add chicken! I love the pickled onions on it, it really adds some delicious flavor!!! My favorite smoothie is theSunrise Sunset but every one I?ve tried has been delicious!!!! They also have a SUPER convenient drive thru window and you cancall your order ahead of time and just drive up to pay/pickup! Perfect if you have a vehicle full of kids or are in a hurry!!!!!
