Food has gotten better since last review a year ago but service still needs some work.
Went through on a Monday and ordered a number 7 with no onion and no mayo, chili instead of fries and a large drink. Soon and I... sit down to eat they gave me a chicken sandwich with mayo on it. Today I went back to use my credit and I ordered the same thingbut this time they screwed up the order and gave me fries instead of a chili. I do not recommend going to this location. Staffis highly inexperienced and they seem to not care if you have your order right or not. Read more
Usually the service and accuracy of food is amazing. I will say one of the better Wendys The time we went seemed like they were... struggling a bit but will still give 4 stars. Love the 4 for 4 option makes for an inexpensive dinner night when you are on therun. Extra points on the hot honey chicken sandwich. Please keep that around. Read more
So done with this place! This used to be our favorite place to get lunch at work, but lately (last few months), it has become... the last place we want to go. In the past, they were fast in the drive thru and never (or so rarely that I don't remember)messed up an order. Now the wait time is triple what it used to be and we've gotten messed up orders 3 out of the last 5 timeswe've been here, and we don't know it until we get back to work (and we don't check at the window because we don't want to slowdown everyone behind us even more). After 20 minutes in line, we just spent almost 10 minutes sitting AT the window with nointeraction from them, not to ask for money, give us drinks, nothing... so we drove away... Read more
The breakfast bacon egg and cheese was delicious, they use one whole egg per biscuit. the potatoes were amazing as well. Way... better and more bang for your buck than the other fast food choices in the area. Read more
We needed a fast meal and that was received. I usually go for their salads if you haven't tried them, YUM!!! Very filling and... delicious! I can make 1 into 2 meals most of the time. I was sad that they did away with the half salad option and so just did aburger and fries it was good and the fries was fresh! Read more
Cash only in drive thru so had to go in. Heater was out and they were trying to heat dining room with a space heater. Walked to... the counter and the worker walked away. Tried the new mozzarella chicken sandwich and it was super dry hardly any sauce and themozzarella patty on it was cold. Read more
