Hash browns still half frozen LITERALLY and a burnt bagel you couldn't break with a hammer. Add on a rude black lipstick... wearing women who obviously hates her job and apparently me for having the audacity to order food. And I will not be going backto this place. Go to GF or SGF people. Read more

If I could give zero stars for this location I would, the drive thru lady, young blonde girl, was EXTREMELY nasty and rude all... because I handed her $20 initially for an order of $8.54 and within a second after asked if I could give her the .54 cents sinceI had it right in my car… she rolled her eyes - said no because she already typed it in and then said fine but seemed highlyupset about it even though it’s such a simple question, I don’t even understand why it was made into a problem in the firstplace, yet when the window closed the girl was complaining LOUDLY (so I could hear her) about how I was annoying for asking herthat and mimicking me- I asked to speak to the manager and told her how rude she was and the manager acted like she couldn’tcare less about customers being spoken to so rudely - people like that should NOT work in customer service jobs, I would choosea different dunkin if you have the option- will not be returning. This particular location in Fort Edward makes the best coffee compared to the other Dunkin locations in the area. Great customer... service too. Although I will say that their drive thru speaker sometimes malfunction and it's hard to understand the barista andfor them to hear the customer order correctly. Using mobile app is best. Read more
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was extremely rude and made me... repeat myself several times. I ordered a lemonade refresher and when I got it, it had no lemonade whatsoever and was just theconcentrate. I also ordered a toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese and I got a non-toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Soif you're considering stopping at this Dunkin, don't. There are plenty of others in the area that have much better customerservice. Read more

Love D&D's Coffee! Just wish they would follow Corp. Guidelines! (This goes for all locations. Not specifically this one.) It... usually has a burnt taste due to sitting to long! I have circled around and handed it back to them,and gotten my money back. Isuggest everyone do that,maybe management might do what there supposed to do! They should know there's a taste difference.
