I?ve never written a google review before, but this location gave me multiple expired items - one being a pie with an expiration... date of either June or August (they tried to tear off the ?best by? sticker but left the bottom 2/3 of it showing either a 6 or8), which was also too burnt to eat. Buffalo sauce had mold, bacon was grey, fries cold and nuggets completely stale. When wecalled the location, their only suggestion was to ?come back and get some more?. No offer for a refund or anything other thancoming back to get more presumably expired food. When we said we didn?t want more, the ?manager? said ?sorry about that.? andquickly hung up. Ranks in the top 5 of the area as far as McDonald's go locally, sitting at about #3 on my list. Order accuracy is 98% (Pretty... sure I've so far only had one inaccuracy so far), and my go-to for this side of the local area. The other 2 nearby locations(Glens fall by Kmart, and South Glens Falls) doesn't come anywhere near this locations accuracy or food quality. Read more
Burgers are getting smaller all the time! Prices are high, and quality is very low! My burger looked like someone stepped on it... in the wrapper then gave it to me!!!! Fries were cold(as usual), and under cooked. Ordered a large onion ring, got a small thatwas only half full. Read more
Prices went up and quality of service went way down. The food isn't great to start with, but nice to grab in a hurry. Wait in... line 10 minutes for cold fries, 3/4 full soda and only 1 of 2 cheeseburgers that you ordered. Read more
Couldn't get the chocolate shakes to pour. After a long wait, they succeeded .They did apologize for the wait. Got only 3... nuggets with my happy meal . I guess it's hard to count to 4. Read more
Disgusting place to eat. Among other things when I got home and went to eat my quarter pounder with cheese it was raw, see... photo. I just don't understand this place at all, we will never dine there again for sure and neither will anyone I talk to. Read more
