I was happy to find an eat in Pizza hut in the Glens falls/Hudson Falls area, as there are no Pizza Huts in the immediate... Capital district. To no fault of the waitress or other staff, they are short on support staff and everything took extra long, however the waitress told me that is not the norma,l and was as attentive as she could be. The Pizza was decent, the kidsenjoyed it. I would rate it a 6. The breadsticks and salad were really good. Their original creamy Italian salad dressing is thebest. Read more
Incompetent... ordered large pan pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese extra sauce. NO EXTRA CHEESE, DRY AS A BONE HARDLY ANY... SAUCE. Second pizza thin and crispy sausage with extra onions. ZERO ONIONS ON PIZZA. Ridiculous waste of money on something thatI didn't even get. Read more
The women and I think some one else were the only ones there, she was trying to wait on tables, take orders, make the orders and... whatever else she had to to, we felt so sorry for her but we had waited over thirty minutes after we finally got our drinks andshe still hadn't came back so we left 20 dollars for our drinks and told her we were leaving and it wasn't her fault, you needto get more help or close till you do Read more
Ordered the big dinner box. One pizza pepperoni, the other pepperoni and jalapeños. Pepperoni pizza had 4 pepperoni per slice,... pepperoni/jalapeño pizza had 2 pepperoni/2 jalapeño per slice like the pepperoni was substituted. The pizza was dry. Thebreadsticks were very over cooked and dried out and the marinara was ice cold. The wings were the only thing we can say we?regood about this order. Only one waitress and she's about 90 years old, everything was stone cold,sent it back,came back even colder. Place is messed up... we ended up leaving.pizza hut used to be. Good I guess they can't compete Read more
Pizza, bread sticks were great. Only 2 employees we could see were working, the cook and waitress. Had to send plates back,... half were greasy and still had food on them, same with silverware. Bathroom was dirty, 2 stalls, 1 no t.p and the other almostout. I can't blame the employees there, you can only do so much with 2 people...Waitress was great for all the tables she had towork.
