Went to dinner with my family of 5, two of them children and was very surprised with with everything really. The service was... amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable server, the food was fantastic, two order steaks, my grandchildren ate everything ontheir plate and when the bill came I was pleasantly surprised... all the grown-ups (3) had an alcoholic beverages, the kids atefor $4.99 and the bill was only about $100. Went to Chuck's Roadhouse in Fort Erie...first and only time. Restaurant was not busy. There was only one server, a bar... tender and apparently, 1 cook. My friend and I arrived at 12:15 pm and sat there until 1:05 /1:10 pm...No Food!!! So, we upand left. Terrible, Terrible service!!!! Or should I say lack thereof. And to the manager...please don't even bother torespond to this post. Im sure the only thing I'll get is a typical response. Read more

This is the Chuck?s location that my partner and I go to most often. We have been to loads of others but this one is our local... one. We love the service we receive and the food is always delicious! Brandy is such an amazing waitress and we always havegreat friendly conversations with her! We love it here! Read more

If I could give this a 0 I would. Went in with a group of 3 on Wednesday night (Nov 9)around 7:30. Not busy at all. Maybe 20... people in the restaurant. Seated right away but then didn't even get a waitress, we waited around for 20 minutes, even asked thehostess if we were going to see a waitress and she said "ok" never to be seen again. We then again waited, still not evenacknowledged by anyone in the restaurant. Finally we got up and left right as the blonde waitress was walking by and she STILLdidn't say anything. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you enjoy being ignored! Read more

Been to many different Chuck's Roadhouses, St Kitts, Welland, London, Niagara so can honestly compare between those... experiences. Easy to see why this place is not busy and I did have high hopes being a local Out of every beer on tap except one,and out of many things on menu except mostly the appetizers. Service was very slow as staff was busy chatting with friendsbehind the bar....food was edible at best but not even close to Chucks quality which is anything but great to begin with. Seemslike there should be a manager or owner around to address the food and service quality and availability. Read more

Our experience was pretty bad this past Friday. I sat bar side with my family and the wait for our food was long and my wife... got someone else's order. She was not able to return it because our waitress never came back to our table. We were never able toget more drinks, since our waitress was pulling a Houdini. The food, despite being the wrong order was very good. The onlyreason why this review is not a 1 star is because we used to come to Chucks all the time before Covid and we never had a badnegative experience like this before. Read more

An honest constructive review that management at this location needs to address if they want more customers and to keep the ones... they have. I have been to the Chuck's in Niagara several times and the food was pretty good. I will state that I have worked inthe restaurant industry and at 5? resorts so I know food and how it should be cooked. Our group of 3 ordered the chickenfingers, grilled chicken club, and a bacon cheeseburger. - The chicken fingers were way over cooked the fries were good though. No excuse this is a time and temperature issue, put up a chart above the fryer to keep it simple for the cook staff if you arehiring construction workers in the kitchen (as stated by the acting manager who came to the table and said they were havingstaffing issues) - The grilled chicken club was not constructed like a club, the chicken did not see a grill whatsoever (seephoto) and it was over cooked. It was pre-cooked and was heated up on the griddle which the acting manager admitted was correct. The lettuce was old and dry, and both sides of the bread were not toasted. You need to either train the staff how to grill athin piece of chicken or change the menu to chicken club or griddled chicken club because what arrived on the plate was not aGRILLED chicken club. That thin piece of chicken on a hot grill would take about 3.5 mins to cook to perfection. - The BaconCheeseburger was overcooked and not far off from a hockey puck. Hamburger does need to be fully cooked however an over cookedpatty is off putting to say the least. The lettuce was old and dry as well. The red onions was ok just sliced to think and toomuch for the size of the burger, which one could argue that it added some flavour to the puck on a bun. To be fair the bacon wascooked just right. Now sometimes stuff like this happens when it's super busy, however there were probably less than 25 peopleincluding staff. With food like this is why the place was empty. Like I said other chucks have been Read more

Great place to get food on a date or with the family. We sat on the patio and enjoyed our time in the sun with an excellent... server and tasty food. Really hope to enjoy indoor dining at another time when we can. Read more
