My sweetheart took me here and it was my first visit. All I can say is wow!! I have never seen a place served as much food as... they do. You will not go home hungry for sure. Everyone seems to leave with a doggy bag. I highly recommend this restaurant ifyou are in the area or looking for a little Drive. I would advise making reservations. Read more

This is a country kitchen, large portion, great food type of relaxed atmosphere family restaurant. Decor is charmingly outdated,... which makes it even better. Who cares about the decor when the food is this good, reasonably priced, and you can take homeenough for lunch tomorrow!? The roast beef and full rack of ribs are both awesome. Read more

Because of COVID we hadn't been to Green Acres for a couple years. Then a change happened. We hoped the menu would remain and... it did. We traveled from the Brantford area to celebrate my wife's birthday. We even reserved our date two weeks in advance. We got to GA and it wasn't busy. The fish my wife had and the beef on weck was everything expected. Service was great. Sadly,like every other restaurant prices are up... I ordered fish and chips Friday June 3rd for take-out.. First time trying Green Acres and pleasantly surprised with the overall... experience. Good sized portions, perfectly done fish, and coleslaw was very good. Fries maybe seasoned a bit more but minorpoint. Customer service was top notch. Definitely will be back to try other menu items. I stopped into Green Acres on April 23rd 2022 and ordered a Fish Fry? It came with Italian Wedding Soup and French Fries? This... fish fry was amazing, it was cooked to perfection? the Italian Wedding soup was superb. Just so happy this great place is backto waiting on customers. This place has always been great? if you?ve never eaten at Green Acres you are missing out? This placehas a very loyal following, but driving by you would never assume what a GEM this place is!
