Had to use the drive thru as the restaurant is under renovations. Sevice was good. They got the order correct.
They Made a mistake on my Drive thru order & when I returned to get it fixed, the Manager came out to argue with me while... pulling my order apart in the parking lot in front of everyone. When I asked to get it fixed she went inside (I followed her into get a refund) She decided to Gaslight me in front of her entire staff accusing me of being rude & SHE was actually the onebeing rude. Another staff member in the background was uttering condesending remarks to me too. I also had another managersquestioning me about using butter on my burgers & accusing me of hoarding it. Walk in and walked toward a kiosk to order but an employee walked out from behind the counter and told me I can't be there... because of the "shoe" I was wearing. While other 10+ppl were wearing the same type of shoe as I was just but I was the onlyone she talked to. I ignore her and walk to another kiosk to order without further incident. But while waiting for my food Ioverheard another employee tries to ask the reason but she couldn't give any. It was an extremely hot day but I ended upsitting outside in the parking lot to eat instead because the employee makes me feel uncomfortable. Never feel so unwelcome ina McDonald's before. Staff was pleasant, but are lacking in a little in the customer value proposition. i.e. I wasn't given any impression that my... business was valued or that the staff was pleased to have served my order. This are the difference makers, separating the longterm successful enterprises from the "others". Read more
Best managed McDonald?s I have ever been to ??? I even spoke to their manager ?.. Maria to tell her. The staff are all friendly... and efficient and I guess they take after and listen to Maria ???and they keep the place very clean ??.. sure is nice to be ableto give a great review and compliments!!!!!! The staff here are great fun and had a good laugh with them especially our last meal my wife and I dressed up as Mr And Mrs... Claus they loved it also the kids that was in there The staff are a credit to Falls Manor Restaurant they give 100% to thecustomer and make them feel comfortable Read more
From outside this location seems really nice, however the inside is not so clean. The floors are very sticky as well the tables.... The staff was friendly however and our order was processed fairly quickly. Read more
