I?d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks and wings at 4:33. I called at 6:30 to see where my food was. They... told me it would be on its way in 15 min. My order summary says 70-80 min to deliver it?s been 180 min and still no food.... Icall back at 7 and get a call center and all they say is that the local Pizza Hut is busy. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMERSUPPORT! Don?t waste your time. This will be my last time ordering from Pizza Hut! Read more
This pizza hut is constantly closed and rude to soldiers. They say they are open then I call and they are closed. They say they... can deliver and I called and they said no delivery. They are are not reliable. I ordered a medium pizza a few weeks ago and itsaid it would be there at 7:30, but I waited until almost 11 before they finally came. I called multiple times and everytime Icalled they said it would be delivered in a few minutes. Overall I would not recommend unless you want a cold pizza and oranother horrible experience. Read more
The service is great but there?s one employee that deserves a raise. The female employee named Suttin (sorry if misspelled). Out... of 13+ times that I?ve ordered from here I?ve never had her as a delivery driver. Today was The first time she delivered myorder and it was the first time out of those 13 times that i received Napkins a fork and hand wipes. Her smile also made it abetter experience overall so if any employee deserves a raise it?s her.!!!! Read more
Asked for extra cheese and idk if they have a different scale than every other pizza place but absolutely did not get extra... cheese. And my boneless wings were more breading than meat. Never again. Read more
