It took a bit longer than usual to get my stuff this morning but I was amazed it came at all and in the spee did did come. The... poor woman working was all by herself. Noone else there to help her and she remained calm, professional and friendly whiletaking on the ever growing line all by herself. She apologized for the delay but honestly she was killing it. She deserves someserious praise for the amazing way she coped with such a stressful situation and just remained on top of customer service. Givethat woman a raise!! Read more
I'm obsessed with the brown sugar shaken espresso, it's always made deliciously perfect by only one specific batista, so it... sucks that it's not always consistent. Girl was extremely rude, she asks for the next person's order before I'm done with my transaction.... like I hadn't even paid... yet. This is probably why she gave me two of my three drinks and then just walked off. I had to ask another girl to make mythird drink. Bonus, I'm pretty sure I got that third drink for free because she never put it in the system, probably because shewas distracted trying to complete the transaction with the guy in front of me when she asked for my order. Just a tip: maybefinish with one person, say have a nice day or something, THEN move on to the next customer. Read more
I visit this starbucks all the time and they have always been amazing. I always try to tip ?Wenisha? I think that?s how you... spell it because she is such a great worker but she always lets me know she can?t and just wanted to share my experience. Slowest Starbucks ever. I had 4 people order after me get their drinks before me. They made their friends who walked ins drinks... first. Then decided to start making their own drinks before mine was even done. I finally said something and they just saidsorry and continued talking about what they were gonna eat for lunch. Worst Starbucks ever. Only reason for 3 stars is because of the lack of taxes, which is not their accomplishment, so I'm being... generous. Barristas do not know how to make espresso drinks properly, and when you tell them that the drink wasn't too greatbecause this or that had been done to it, and suggest they do it that way instead, they actually have the nerves to argue withyou. Wifi is a hit or miss, cannot redeem points, no bathrooms, usually dirty, I can do this all day... Read more
