The reason for only 4 stars is because once I order at the window, he said it would be about 15 min. I told him I was going... across the street to get a drink and I would park across from the front of his window so he could see me park. I got my drink (it did not take long to get my drink less than 5 min.)and sat another 15 min at Simple Simon's. When he brought it he apologizedfor forgetting about me but the calizone was cold. I try and try with this place, I hate leaving these reviews but this owner obviously doesn?t care, the owner won?t respond to... this complaint just like he doesn?t respond to the other complaints. A few months ago after getting uncooked pizza for the 3rdtime I called in to talk to someone about it, with the manager on the phone and the owner in the background telling me that whenI order I have to request my pizza be fully cooked. Cool, so I started ordering thin crust. Tonight I?m ordering pizza and askif my cinnamon sticks could be cooked all the way, again, they just wanted to argue that some customers like it undercooked, soI go to pick my order up, it was a large order, and there were no cinnamon sticks. I call back and the response I got was ? wellyou didn?t pay for them?. So I say this, dear owner, if you don?t care, your employees won?t care, and from now on I will driveacross the bridge and get pizza from somewhere else. Read more
