Because of it's popularity, this Charley's is always busy. Because of the extended wait times, I had to take away a star :( To... their defense, the entire food court stays busy during lunch time, but the cooked-to-order feature makes the wait particularlylong. Other than that, be prepared to have HOT food made the way you wanted it! Read more
My family got in line at Charley?s just before 1100. We eventually left at 1130. The line hadn?t moved at all. It turns out,... the employees were only making online orders. They completely ignored a huge line of customers for at least the 30 minutes. Mayhave been longer, but we didn?t stick around to find out. If your business can?t manage to do both online (door dash orders)and serve the people physically there, standing and waiting for 30 minutes, you may want to rethink the services provided. Read more
