Because of it's popularity, this Charley's is always busy. Because of the extended wait times, I had to take away a star :( To... their defense, the entire food court stays busy during lunch time, but the cooked-to-order feature makes the wait particularlylong. My family got in line at Charley?s just before 1100. We eventually left at 1130. The line hadn?t moved at all. It turns out,... the employees were only making online orders. They completely ignored a huge line of customers for at least the 30 minutes. Mayhave been longer, but we didn?t stick around to find out. If your business can?t manage to do both online (door dash orders)and serve the people physically there, standing and waiting for 30 minutes, you may want to rethink the services provided. Read more
The food and service are really good! I could have done without having the cook yell at me when I couldn't overhear the nice... lady at the end of the line asking what I'd like on my subs. You don't need to use a angry tone to get someone's attention. Read more

The one thing you can always look forward to when it comes to fast food is consistency. You order one thing from Augusta, you... order the same thing in Clarksville, you get the same thing. That's the idea. It should be that way with every fast foodrestaurant. Sadly that's not the case always but it is here. And it's pretty darn good. Read more
