Food is good. I went today and was standing in line only one person was at the register and a door dash guy to pick up an... order...so I wait my turn. A CPT walks up and the cashier asks him for his order. I told her I have been waiting and she looksat me and says "The line starts over here". Only come at lunch if you can spare an hr or more. Few times we?ve been here it?s VERY slow but the foods been good. Took... 45mins to get me 1 smoothie after I ordered. That?s not counting the 15ish in line. Saw multiple people get fed up and ask forrefunds, which they obliged. The service was friendly enough. Read more
Location is convenient but this place is not efficient. Long long waits. Food is inconsistent. Staff is not friendly. Don't... order through the app for this location. Waited 30minutes for a smoothie because I couldn't cancel my order. Said it was readyand staff said it wasn't so continued waiting. Had to continue asking before the staff found it in their fridge...gave it 2stars for location and I like the smoothies once you get them. Read more
Everyone loves this place but I had to give it such a low review due to the fact that I cannot bring a clean, reusable cup with... a straw and have my smoothie dumped into that cup. I chose not to eat at this particular location. The way I see it, I save youmoney on supplies and the environment on another single use item being deposited in a landfill. The best place at the PX food court by far!! I love their smoothies, and they have a great selection. Their wraps and sandwiches... are awesome. It is a great place for a quick food run. The service is always good, they are polite. Sometimes it is not superquick, but it has improved since it first opened. If you are looking for somewhere to eat on base, this is definitely the bestplace at the PX hands down. Read more
The smoothies and food are good but the wait is ridiculous. I ordered online to avoid the wait. My order was supposed to be... ready 1215. 1220 I asked a girl about my order and she confirmed it was being worked on by the other girl. 15 minutes later, 20minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, i finally got my smoothie. I was annoyed. If the online orders were not goingto be done by the time given on the app, there needs to be an adjustment made to the app or not have the app at all if theonline orders can?t be met on time. There were more than 4 others who were in the same boat as I and we all had to be back towork. That wait time was just unacceptable being that I ordered ahead of time. Read more
Started going here again and the first couple of times were great but whoever was running the show this afternoon really dropped... the ball. All the chicken in my salad was damn near frozen and they left out the dressing. Ive tried to get the flatbread and itusually comes out burnt. Always takes a long time on top of that. Please do better. Read more
