Not a bad place to eat, but they need to put doors on the kitchen to keep the grease down on the dinning room floors. Walk... carefully very slippery from the open kitchen to bathrooms. Also you won't see the mess on the kitchen floor. Read more
My parents, my son, and I decided to eat here today.. we also decided we will never eat here again after today. My dad ordered a... burger a fries- burger was cold, fries tasted old and hard. Mom ordered fajitas- tortillas were rock hard... to the point shetapped a tortilla on the table and it broke. Only had 2 onions on the plate. My son (2yrs) and i got chicken and fries. Bothplates cold, fries hard, chicken overcooked and a little bit bigger than a chicken nugget. But, still so hard i could barelybite them. Plus, my mom and i got chicken enchilada soups with our food, I would barely consider them room temp. There was oldfood on the table. It was just a bad experience. The waitress said it was her first day off training. She did pretty good! Itwasnt her fault but the other servers were miserable. It made it uncomfortable. Love Chili's in Port Huron, I had the Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex bowl with a shrimp add-on. Always my go to, and delicious!... Hubby had the quesadillas. Service is great, always my pick when cross border shopping. Read more
I have tried to be patient with this franchise but there time is up. I hope a manager reads these. I got here at 8pm sat here... for 15 minutes then asked the hostess if I had a server. Fast forward it?s now 8:54 and I am still waiting for food, my cup hasbeen empty since 8:30. With all the options for food in Fort Gratiot this place does not disappoint with its terrible service. I keep coming back here trying to give it a second chance but I?m always disappointed by the DISGUSTING chips. Salsa? Nice.... Queso? Great. Chips? Nasty. Hoping someone sees these and cleans the fryer or replaces the oil. Make your staff actually try thechips? maybe that will fix it. This is the 4th time in 8 months I?ve had nasty chips. Read more
Worst experience ever! I ordered fajitas but the gave me left over scraps! The steak has some sauce on it and uncut, the lime... was used and looks dry and there's nothing left from the rice that was thrown together. I advise you to stay completely clear ofthis bad restaurant. Read more
At time of posting - 2 for dinner. 1 ordered bacon ranch burger with fries, 2 ordered 1/2rack back ribs with house bbq sauce and... fries and coleslaw.
