Take them forever to one item together for a pick up order. And doesn't usually matter what time of day I go always takes them... for to long to make a bagel or get my cup out for the unlimited sip club. Read more
One of the worst experiences I’ve had In Quite some time. First off the person who took our order rushed us and made it hard... to try and look at the menu. Another thing that’s kinda crazy to me is the fact drinks don’t come with meals. After orderingthe signature take and getting 2 drinks it came to $20 dollars. The sandwich itself was cold, you could tell it had been sittingout for who knows how long and then thrown on top of the bun. Needless to say we will never be back. Read more

I ordered a full Strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken. I asked to have the chicken on the side so I could reheat it when I... got home later. After waiting for 20 minutes for my order, this is what I found in my bag when I got home. The second picture ishow they advertise the salad. I was very unhappy with my visit. I ordered a Cesar salad with chicken. What I got was a bowl of croutons which I picked out and... what I show in the pictures. For almost $10 I got basically some sliced chicken and very little romaine. Panera Bread use tobe known for generous portions and decent prices. Now everything is over priced and so portion controlled that you get no valuefor your money. Sure the food is decent but how can you justify charging much for so little? I would advise going to a decentrestaurant and not this "fast food" version of one. Read more
I really like the food at Panera Bread. I think they have very unique flavors and the food is consistently good if not great. ... The bread and pastries are also very very tasty. The atmosphere is cozy and ordering is easy. The drive through is also greatfor quick visits. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is two fold. Thefirst reason is the price of most items on the menu. The second is the amount of food you get. Both of these reasons arerelative to the other. If they gave more food, I wouldn't much care that they are more expensive but I consistently leavehungry. I wish that wasn't the case because of the many reasons I listed in the first part of my review. But because of this,it makes it difficult for me to suggest or recommend going to Panera. Hopefully this is something they address since it's beenan issue for quite some time. Otherwise, it is a good/great place to eat. The gal taking the order was very short and indirect with her answers. She then shorted me change and tried to dispute it. When... I got my order there was no silverware, napkins, or butter for the bagels I ordered on top of 2 soups and a sandwich.
