The lines are Ling and the experience not so nice. It has gotten so bad that having to sit for 2 hrs just to pick up... prescriptions is more than outrageous. Understand you have a new system but you need to understand people have other things todo besides waiting to be called to get prescriptions. You need to train your people and start worrying about your customerstime. Read more

The pharmacy was the worst I have seen in some time. The robo number caller was calling people to the same windows even though... someone was stand at them for at least 15 minutes plus. This caused people to stand in a line after their number was called. Then people after us the ones called to windows 1-4 were waiting , people after us were being sent to windows 5-9. After about20 minutes I went to window 8 and explained what was going on and I received my meds and left. But those people were stillstanding in line. How does a window clerk keep calling for people to their window when they are still serving other people. Read more
