This place has been my go to pizza place since I've arrived in Ft Hood, for the most part I've had pleasant experiences with... this store. Except for a couple incidents both involving curbside pickup. The first one was today when I ordered a sandwich, adrink and some pasta, one of the staff walk to my POV and informed me that that the bread bowl pasta was dropped, and I wouldhave to wait an additional 10 minutes, which is something that I was fine with, we are human after all, and people make mistakesall the time but why was the delivery timer stopped? Nothing was delivered to me yet the order was said to have been completed.The other incident was a couple months ago when I had waited far linger than I had to and had to call the store, I was told thatI never pressed the I'm here button and I was at fault, so please explain to me how was my order completed without me beingthere to receive the stuff I ordered? He continued to argue with me for the next couple minutes to press the button so he candeliver it despite me telling him that there's no option to press the button for an order that has been closed. Despite all ofthese I still found the food to be delicious, except for the pasta bowl today, when it was so oily it dripped from the box to mycar. Please don't make promises (2 minutes or pizza is free) to your customers that you cannot keep. It's embarrassing. Read more
Good location, food is what you?d expect from a typical pizza place. Staff is pretty mixed but majority is friendly.
My husband and I ordered from here tonight and we are very disappointed. He asked for no onion on his pizza and there was onion... as well as a piece of hair on his pizza. He also asked the lady on the phone to give me traditional wings since they couldn?tput the sauce on the boneless. Needless to say I got boneless wings. Whoever takes the orders over the phone needs to make surethey?re paying attention to the customers and not talking to other workers unless they?re absolutely needed or just learn how tomulti task. This store gets one star because it's not what you'd expect from a Dominos. They've forgone traditional dominos recipes and... portions, and the food reflects that obviously. If you want dominos go somewhere else. This is buffet pizza. Read more
So I've had a few orders in the past couple of months. Not sure what they are doing different, but the hand tossed seems more... like thin crust pizza. Like something you would eat at a cheap buffet. Read more
I ordered a specialty pizzA one day it was good, so I figured the next day I wanted it again. It was garbage. I then tried to... just get my pizza remade the next day because I don't live just up the street. I had the whole pizza to return, and wasbasically told to kick rocks by the manager and employee. The service was fast. The food was well prepared. I like it overall. No complaints.
It's domino's, you get what you order, delivery drivers are kind and courteous.
