Today maybe was not a normal day. We normally have great pizza but today was not that great. The most delightful item was the... Cinnabons and the chicken wings. The pizza and cheese sticks were very dry (maybe overcooked). We will try again one day. Read more
Just got my pizza 5 minutes ago. I can say this was the worst pizza I've ever gotten from a Pizza Hut . If you dont have... proofed dough ready then call the customer and ask them for another choice. Either the dough was put in the oven half frozen orright out of the fridge, because it was flat and and chewy with a raw center. There was so much grease it was inedible. Not sure how someone took this out the oven and thought it was acceptable to send out. Waited an hour and 30 minutes for this... one, just to wait another hour and a half for a replacement that was still dry and tasted like cardboard. I understand that there's alot going on with COVID but when has it ever been ok to deliver an unsatisfactory product? My wife... and I have ordered pizza from this location a few times over the last few months and EVERY SINGE TIME! The pizza has beendelivered hours late and cold and hard. The delivery driver has apologized every time for old, cold pizza! If it looks like thepizza won't be able to be delivered properly, then maybe cancel the order and refund the money so that people can find someplaceelse to eat. Read more
