Just got my pizza 5 minutes ago. I can say this was the worst pizza I've ever gotten from a Pizza Hut . If you dont have... proofed dough ready then call the customer and ask them for another choice. Either the dough was put in the oven half frozen orright out of the fridge, because it was flat and and chewy with a raw center. There was so much grease it was inedible. Thedough was so tough it wasn't even cut all the way through. How did this pass quality assurance? Read more
Not sure how someone took this out the oven and thought it was acceptable to send out. Waited an hour and 30 minutes for this... one, just to wait another hour and a half for a replacement that was still dry and tasted like cardboard. I understand that there's alot going on with COVID but when has it ever been ok to deliver an unsatisfactory product? My wife... and I have ordered pizza from this location a few times over the last few months and EVERY SINGE TIME! The pizza has beendelivered hours late and cold and hard. The delivery driver has apologized every time for old, cold pizza! If it looks like thepizza won't be able to be delivered properly, then maybe cancel the order and refund the money so that people can find someplaceelse to eat. Read more
I don't know who is managing this place now but today not only did they do it; they did it FANTASTIC. We got stationed here in... late 2017. I had been to this location and I have to say the service has always been great but not so much the food. We decidedto head back today to see if anything had changed as we hadn't been back in over a year. Very polite and professional service. We ordered a large stuffed crust and wings for delivery. We weren't too pleased with the... order, so we called back. Alex quickly answered the phone and was very polite and apologetic for our dissatisfaction. With noquestions asked he made things right by giving us a remake of the order. Most people would be rude about something like this,but Alex was so nice and understanding. When we received the remake that Alex had made himself, we were very pleased. I've frequented this specific location in the past and the service and food had always been perfect until recently. I'd order my... food, it'd be fresh and delicious, and the staff were friendly. Last two times ordered, AWFUL! Service was eh, food disgusting.My pizza tasted like it was cooked from being frozen and wasn't as I requested. Called and advised management of the issue,given a credit and that pizza ordered was also disgusting and not as ordered. Unsure if there is new management or staff changesbut the food and service has declined. I'd go an extra distance to visit another chain location as this one has changed for theworse. Read more
