Have used the drive-thru here twice while on lunch break, wait time is a bit long but is expected during lunch rush. My issue is... that both times I have gone my order was incorrect. First time I was given the correct entrée but wrong sides and no sauces.Second time now I didn't recieve one of my entrées and the other was incorrect, wrong side once again, and no sauce. I didn't even get a chance to order, because the 2 separate employees on drive thru, couldn't tell me if there was a price... difference between an 8 piece box of mixed pieces and an 8 piece box of just dark meat pieces. After a very long and awkwardpause I asked them if I should just go to the website to find out. I don't think they understood my sarcasm or my frustrationsbecause the response was simply "Ummm" and was followed by another long and awkward pause. Drove 15 min back to work to discover my order was incorrect. Went back and was told they don't take food back. Rude rude... rude... We will give you what you are missing but that's it. Told her that I would like it remade because now it's cold. Proceeded to not have an answer and be told to pull forward. After a long day of working, I was headed home knowing there was a Popeyes near and could easily pick some food up before they... closed at 11pm, by this time it was 10:15pm or so. Dine in is closed due to short manning too.. so I swing by the drive thru andthey tell me they're only taking online orders.. okay. I drive 50 ft into the parking lot and order online. I swing back aroundand tell them I'm picking up an order and the women in charge that night said they don't have anymore chicken. They told me Ihave to cancel the order through the app. There was no way of canceling. It's not that they didn't have chicken. They justdidn't want to cook it. She then proceeds to ask me if I wanna wait 30 minutes for my food.. umm yes. I already paid forit! Overall terrible service. I get the idea that once you close you just wanna get up and leave.. but I was also there 45minutes prior to closing so there was no excuse as to why I had to argue for chicken to be made. So guys here's my 12 piece family meal. No legs, no wings. That was 6 months ago. Now I just came back in October of 2022 but... this time my wife and I ordered lunch. The chicken was stale and dry like they've been under a heater too long and my sandwichwas dry on top and wet on the bottom.....How? My wife's jaw and teeth hurt trying to eat the chicken strips. The Cajun rice is not the same. It tastes bland. They use to give out Cajun sparkles packets. Now this is just the boost that... this new recipe rice needs. I took mines home and added a little beef bouillon powder and it was way better. The chicken needsmore flavor too. Read more

The staff is extremely rude and does not know how to give proper customer service. Additionally, my sauces were not included and... I had to ask for them again, the bun tasted expired, and the portion size of a regular mashed potatoes is ridiculously small forthe price paid. Would not recommend going to this location. Read more

This rating is for you managers and AAFES. Service was below average, chicken was a mix of warm and hot. Coleslaw was not good... it looked like it was packed in the container 3 days ago bubbles is not good(see photo). AAFES food service is not up to par,They have preventive medicine coming to inspect and have higher standards but the delivery is awful. Get it together you areserving the best Soldiers in the world.
