Worst, I?ve been there a total of 2 times. First time I went in for coffee and donuts, but got no donuts because they were... already out. The coffee I got wasn?t made correctly and still had chunks of powder in it, so I decided no more specialty drinksfor me. The second time, I go for donuts only. I got there and it?s only been maybe 1 hour since they opened, but no donutsagain. I ask why no donuts, they said ?oh we don?t have any, we won?t till our baker gets here in 3 hours?. Read more
I love DD!- they are always freindly and welcoming! Most products are in stock after lunch but if not - it's because hundreds of... people have gone through the store. I love that you don't get charged for extras. I however DON'T like that the employees don'tknow how to make a proper cappuccino!! He made it like a Macchiato & had the drinks confused. Huge difference in the end productand end taste. Read more
I have gone here so many times and it?s never good yet this is the only Dunkin close to us so I keep hoping I?ll get lucky I... always order mocha iced coffee twice they have not put any mocha flavoring in it it said it on the ticket but after looking atthe bottom of the cup realized they forgot! then another time I went they were out of everything and the cream cheese wasexpired so they had none to serve there is always like one worker so getting anything takes forever and I feel sorry for thatone person having to ring everything up and make it! Also got a sandwich one day and half the crosont was missing like dang it?sjust never a good excperience unless I micro manage everything to make sure they fix it before I leave! Get some more help thereshould never be one employee that?s a major safety hazard! Guest can?t have good service when one employee is struggling to doit all! They don?t seem to care about guest service manager offered no compensation when I was charged for things they ended upbeing out of she didn?t even seem to care refunded me and walked away next door to continue whatever she was doing leaving heremployee alone once more! Word to the wise... Just don?t. 28 minutes to get one Americao.... Had it been busy I would understand. However, there were... only 3 customers in the building. The gentleman in front of me was the most patient man on earth. He should be granted anhonorary Saint, as he repeated 8 times the order was incorrect. Six drinks later he finally said, it?s okay I will just takethis. Please just do yourself a favor and refrain from entering this establishment. Read more
The Dunkin donuts on Fort Knox only has one batch of donuts a day which seem to be gone by 0900.
