This review is based on service alone. Yesterday I ordered for delivery. I am 1/2 of a mile from JJ?s. It took 2 hours to get my... order. I understand things get busy. So, today I ordered for pickup before my hour and a half lunch break. When I arrived anhour into lunch I was met with excuses on why my order was incomplete. Part of Jimmy John's thing is that they are super fast at making Sandwiches, almost like they are competing to see how fast they... can get you your food.
