This review is based on service alone. Yesterday I ordered for delivery. I am 1/2 of a mile from JJ?s. It took 2 hours to get my... order. I understand things get busy. So, today I ordered for pickup before my hour and a half lunch break. When I arrived anhour into lunch I was met with excuses on why my order was incomplete. Part of Jimmy John's thing is that they are super fast at making Sandwiches, almost like they are competing to see how fast they... can get you your food. At least that has been my experience since 2008. For this location, imagine sitting in a small food courtcrammed with people waiting for a sandwich. Food still fresh. So slow you'll freaky. Definitely not freaky fast. It took an hour to get my sandwich and the store is about a mile away. They also got my order wrong.... Asked for wheat and got white, and charged for cheese but no cheese on my sandwich. They need some work for sure. Updated: gavethem a second try, locked up this time. Ordered the Turkey Tom, added onions and avocado spread. They charged me extra for theavocado spread and didn't put it on the sandwich. They suck, I won't be back. Read more
My husband and I were absolutely thrilled to have a jj on post, so close. We've been there 5 or 6 times since they opened and... it's been pretty disappointing, I'm hoping they hit thier stride soon and I'll bump up the rating when it does. I order theTurkey Tom every time because I love it and it's been different every time, hardly any meat or veggies, perfect the next timeand this last time the bread was so hard my dog thought someone was knocking on the door when I knocked on it. I stoppedordering an extra pickle because I never get it. Overall, it's pretty decent I just hope there can be some consistency soon. Read more
Jimmy John's has great sub sandwiches. They are a less customizable than Subway, but their subs taste great and ingredients are... always fresh. Read more
