I waited 27 minutes after I paid for a drink and never received it. They kept putting other cups in front of mine and never... made my order. I asked the barista about it and she was to confused to understand. The manager(?) bullied in to tell me justto be patient while he moved my cup to the back of the line again. Straight horrible.
