4 people standing around laughing and 2 old looking pretzels and a half a cup of pretzels. Their excuse is that everyone eats... them. Been coming to this mall for years and they never have pretzels. We go to the galleria mall store at various hours andthey always have pretzels. There is no excuse for this to be a constant issue. Sending a letter to your corporate office. I've been disappointed here in the past twice to be exact. Both times my pretzel bites were severely burnt on the bottom. The... most recent time when I went back show the employee she wasn't going to do anything about it, no refund or replace with a freshone. Today I was absolutely starving and without any other food choices inside the mall I really had zero options I decided tolook closely at the pretzels today, see if they were burnt, they look fine and since I was starving and had more shopping to doI decided to get one. It was a very young girl made me wait a few minutes while she finished rolling the dough for new pretzelswhich is fine, I ordered a pretzel she rung me up still wearing her gloves, took my cash I said we have no coin change but I'llgive you bills she proceeded to short me 94 cents instead of giving me the dollar I gave her change and we worked that out. Waited 10 minutes for a new batch! And it was burnt and dry, very disappointed!! I didn?t want to wait another 10 minutes again... and miss my flight so I took the burnt batch and everything else looked just as bad. Aunt Annie?s management need to startreading some of these reviews and train their employees better! Read more
