I love Ben and Jerry?s ice cream don?t get me wrong, but trying to get the ice cream seemed to be the difficulty at this... establishment. The sign clearly said they closed at midnight, and when I walked in it was 11:30, but she still said they wereclosed and not taking customers. There was nobody in line, and it seemed like she was not happy being there, and that she wouldhave rather been somewhere else. I then went to a 7/11 down the road to get an ice cream sandwich, and when I walked back downthe way I came I saw her serving people ice cream, fifteen minutes after they had supposedly ?closed? early. I was prettyannoyed, so I went up and asked her why she turned us down and she said ?I have to get home and these people were in front ofyou?. I don?t really need to know what her motives for acting like this are, or why she even turned us down, and lied to us.What I do feel, is that I have the responsibility as a consumer to let the franchisee know that they have an employee who isactively turning down potential business for no valid reason, and for all intensive purposes acting like a jerk. Well, I generally don?t leave reviews. However I feel this is warranted. Thursday 11/19/20 @ 7PM ish, drove by with my family &... suggested ice cream (they never had Ben & Jerry?s). Went into the store & my daughter asked for a sample of the ice cream shewas thinking of getting & was told, ?sorry we don?t give samples!? Ok, so we ordered five (5) different flavors & let me tellyou; ALL were weird tasting (I think only the strawberry cheesecake tasted somewhat decent). We threw them in the trash & wenthome... $40 plus a tip wasted & a lot of sad faces. Everyone?s stomach was jacked up for the rest of the night... Read more

Went there with my friend last night. Not sure who the worker was but it was the younger gentlemen with blonde hair. He had... skipped over me to help the female behind me after he finished with my friends order. That should?ve never happened. Walkedright out and didn?t order anything after that. Most expensive tiny scoop of poorly flavored ice cream ever! They only had sugar free/gluten free cookie dough, so that's fine... (it really was not very tasty, at all). But then the girl gathers up one tiny scoop, plops it in the cone, and hands it to mesmiling " Here you go!" I can't blame her, because her service was kind and courteous. When I responded on the electronicreceipt that was sent to my email (without my permission...) Management responded that their prices are high because they onlyuse the finest ingredients and therefore less air and more density in every scoop, blah, blah, blah.... My family and I walked to this Ben & Jerry's for dessert after having dinner at my sister's condo. There was one family ahead... of us when we arrived. The single employee was working efficiently and was very friendly. She encouraged us to sample a fewflavors before making a decision. I ordered a small, one scoop of Cherry Garcia and one scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl.Based off this experience, I would definitely return when visiting my sister. Read more

Sadly, I had a similar experience as another reviewer. Ice cream was so soft coming out of the freezer it was already dripping.... My daughters cone melted so fast she barely got to eat any of it and it left her covered in ice cream. Hubby and I got cups andit was like soup. Very pricey for ice cream we only got to eat a little of. Turn the freezers colder please. The flavors,however, were delicious and the young lady taking care of us was very polite. Read more
