I came for a quick bite to eat after work which I did at the bar. Staff was attentive and the food was actually really good.... Enjoy bottomless mimosas or Bellini during brunch on a Saturday. The food is amazing. The Asian calamari is very delicious. It... does have peanuts. I haven’t been disappointed with any of the food I’ve tried here, so far. There are outside and indoorseating. It is wheelchair accessible. You can park in the public garage for a fee. We visited on 1/23/2022 and I must say the service from our waiter was awful. The host was pleasant and sat us down quickly and... was warm. We ordered our drinks and we wanted to get flights of beer and cocktails. Our waiter told us that he was going tochoose our beer flights because they did not have many to select from even though they had plenty listed on their menu. Weunderstood because some items may have been seasonal and didn’t question him. He comes back and this is how our flight ofbeers was served. He chose Stella, Bud Light, and two other craft beers. We were kind of shocked that those were his choices(the Bud light mainly) and that the presentation was awful, and that these were not 4oz pours. We own these glasses at home andthey are a little over 5oz for reference. Had we known that we would be served like this I would have just ordered a pint ofbeer. We had asked the bartender how many beers they had on tap after this was served to us and there were 7 choices. We alsotried to order the cocktail flight but he said we couldn’t do it because they don’t have enough cocktails made for it so weonly ordered a cocktail instead of the flight. The waiter was just unpleasant and seemed like he didn’t care. We did not drinkour flights and ended up leaving due to the poor service and experience we had within the first 10 minutes. Big City Tavern was a joint that I was not expecting to eat that night. Came in, ordered the Coconut Shrimp and the Friend... Sauced Calamari. As the meal we ordered the Pad Thai and the Lobster Mac n Cheese. The Mac was the best dish out of them all.Well recomendable restaurant for a nice casual dinner. Read more
