Was horrible. They were not efficient. Waited almost 4 minutes until my order was taken. Then never told to go to the window... after I repeated my order while they were talking to someone inside with them. Sat there then after 5 minutes moved because Ifigured I should. This is a two part review. One review is for Renee. Excellent customer service!! Friendly, engaging and seems as if she enjoys... her job. That was so awesome! She gets 5 stars all the way!! Second review is for the restaurant. The board had one price for asandwich but when it rang up the price was totally different. I asked why the difference and the cashier (not Renee) said it wasanother price. You'd think she would apologize and give me the price that is listed but nope. She just said it's this much nowand that's it. Terrible. I just cancelled the order. The wait time inside was long, and almost always is. This is not the placeto go when you are crunched for time. The food was hot but I went back last week and the price for the sandwich is still thesame, not changed. Sigh. Terrible BK. Please list the accurate prices for your food. Another time I visited and a worker wasoutside talking very loud and using plenty of profane language! Listen, if you are going to cuss somebody out, go into your car.Wait until you get home, etc. Do not do it right outside the door, the most popular entrance where guests enter. Wow. It was avery vulgar conversation and very personal. Not cool and very unprofessional. Then she came back in telling co workers about herconversation, as if they didn't hear it. I mean I don't know how they could not. Anyway, this is just my honest review. I ordered one three piece French toast sticks. The manager told me the total was $3.20. then when I disputed the amount based on... what I ordered. He said oh I meant a $1.70. the menu pricing on the board is $1.19 for a three-piece French toast sticks. Eitherchange the menu boards or he needs to be terminated for looting money out of customers unknowingly. I left didn't even get theorder because I don't believe the prices that he's giving me. Even a dollar 70 doesn't mathematically make sense if he wasthinking I ordered two totaling $3.20. half of that would only be $1.60 not a $1.70 something is really wrong at this store. Please close the doors, drive thru and any passage to this location. Stopped in for a meal priced at $7.99 and asked to increase... it to a medium and was told that I owed $19.99. I should have taken the queue when 4 people before me walked out after receivingno service at the counter. I waited for the young lady sitting in the office swivel chair manning the drive thru to acknowledgeme but she kept doing what she was doing. Right before walking out myself another young lady (with a very incoherentdemeanor,lest facial tattoos and piercings) came to take my order and that's how this story began. You have been warned??????????? Drive down to the Sheridan street BK and got my order for a more realistic price and much better customer service. Read more
I've gone to this location for over 30 years. It was always great. Now they are never open! 9:30pm on a Saturday is a ridiculous... time to close. Stay open normal business hours or close them down and get a business that will! Read more
