This is concerning because... after BK admitting via email that it was their fault $5 off is not the same as a $5 refund. Then the night crew has an attitudeproblem especially from the night manager. This place sucks. Any order is going to take forever. Half the time inside is closed. And drive thru wraps around building to... street. Today was the worse. Where you had to place order at drive thru window and not the speaker. Been coming here foryears. And this is the worst I?ve ever seen. Please help.
