Overcharged by $5 online. Expected back $5 to my credit card but they gave a $5 Off coupon instead. This is concerning because... after BK admitting via email that it was their fault $5 off is not the same as a $5 refund. Then the night crew has an attitudeproblem especially from the night manager. This place sucks. Any order is going to take forever. Half the time inside is closed. And drive thru wraps around building to... street. Today was the worse. Where you had to place order at drive thru window and not the speaker. Been coming here foryears. And this is the worst I?ve ever seen. Please help. F?ing 30 minutes in line and you can?t leave cause your trapped inthis drive thru. Might as well close this place if this is the level of service they?re going to provide. Read more
I don't think anyone expects too much from fast food. But I just spent about 10 minutes waiting in line during my lunch break... only to finally make it to the speaker for a woman to tell me that they don't take orders during a shift change. Now I know whythe 5 cars ahead of me drove off so upset because they may have been waiting 15 minutes or more. I'm sure the 5 cars the hadpiled up behind me were also forced to wait and only be told that they aren't taking orders. A complete mess and tons of wastedsales. Read more
First of all. Why am I waiting 20 minutes for fast food?? Their service sucks!! Ashley is rude as hell, the manager is... impatient. They're serving mainly the drive-thru when I'm inside in their faces being neglected. After being given my food thatI waited forever for there were no condiments in my bag. I asked for sauces and ketchup... no bbq sauce, no sweet and sour, nohoney Mustard. I finally had to ask "well what do you have" ???? only buffalo and ranch... the service here sucks. Read more
Ordered a whopper with cheese cut in 1/2 in the drive through. Got no cheese. Went back, but inside this time, and they tried to... take my opened sandwich and add the cheese, I said no I want a new sandwich. Waited 15 mins for it just to find a hair in mysandwich. How disgusting. Read more
