Terrible experience, never going back. Multiple parts of my order were wrong and I was missing fries. They didn?t believe they... forgot to include fries and made me empty the contents of my to-go bag to prove it. I?m not going to try to steal bad generic $2fries geez! It?s in a food court and there?s plenty of other options I suggest people try, please go elsewhere. Read more

Fries were soggy.. there was a tiny piece of pepper and onion and steak was dry...

What a HORRIBLE experience!!! The so called manager, ?Martha? started arguing with me over a receipt that I picked up. After we... ordered and payed for our food she turns around, voids out our order and says there now you don?t get a receipt or your food atall. Refused to give us our food, even yelled at the cook because he had already started cooking our food. It wasn?t his faultor ours. Seemed like ?Martha? was having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone! She picked the wrong person. I will bereporting her to corporate office, hopefully they do something about her, and all these reviews that I?m seeing that are notgood! She needs a job NOT dealing with people, she has no manners!!!! Shame on this place for having such nasty employees andallowing them to continue to treat the customers like this!!!
