Centrally located off of Sunrise blvd east. It used to be our go to but recently the time it takes waiting in the drive through... is way too long. I think either they have a employee shortage or the new automated drive up screen was added so they could haveless employees but it's not working well. Read more
I have not been to a checkers in forever so I took my nephew. We did the drive-thru. It was weird to see they are now using AI... for their ordering process. However, the teller was amazing. Amazing! She was such a sweet lady and had a great smile and verycordial and just a good spirit about her. Even my nephew said you always make friends with everyone, but she was sokind. According to my nephew, the fries were amazing. Just wish there was more inside of it but loved how crispy they were. Thechicken nuggets he said we're probably second best he's had, preferring McDonald's as number one (I wouldn't agree but that wasmy nephew). Overall a great experience. Read more
Well I drove all the way to checkers only to be told "only online order's." I guess driving up and speaking isn't the way any... more . Which is disappointing due to the fact i felt brush off.Well i guess life is really like a box of chocolate, you'll neverknow what you're going to get??????????? definitely when it comes to this checkers. If I could rate -5 I would. 1st off the owner needs to sell the business. He runs this place like a slum lord. Its always new... staff cause everybody quits because he is greedy and refuse to pay his workers. Its always under staffed and incompetent. Iwaited 45 mins tonight for an 18$ order while everyone in drive thru went after I parked and walked up. After someone who camebehind me outside got their order I found out they forgot about my order. I was served cold food with no compensation. Im surethe owner doesnt care but maybe im saving somebody a nightmare... Read more
August 7th 145pm. Terrible service. 2 women stood there and had a conversation with each other while we were sitting at the... window waiting for our food.They Forgot items. Acted like it was our fault they forgot the burgers. Also gave me a medium drinkinstead of a large. Wrong flavor. Once we got the burgers they were under cooked and disgusting. Sat in line for 30 minutes.Spent $30 and had to throw out the majority of the food. The worst ?fast food? experience I?ve ever had. Read more
Absurdly slow drive through lane. The employees are friendly enough and they got my order right, but consistently slow. Worst... part is, there is a curb surrounding the drive through lane so once you?re in, you?re trapped until the vehicle in front of youmoves. Read more
The burgers were smaller than my petite hands. The chicken sandwiches were put at the bottom of the bag and got crushed to the... size of a small pancake. The fries were very greasy and soggy. The only good thing about them was their wicked strawberrycones. Read more
Absolutely brutal service . Waited so long to be served. All the food was greasy . Won?t be back at this location
