Food and service was great as always. Problem, was I had to eat with a dog starring at me and begging for food whole... time. Waitress, said Manager was worried about hurting the lady feeling, so didn't say anything to her bringing a dog to thetable? Last I checked, he doesn't get to make that call, this is a health department issue and law in state of Florida. And howabout me, and all the other loyal customer do we not count? I came to this Chili's location along Powerline Rd. for a birthday treat for my daughter. We went through the to-go area and was... warmly greeted by a female employee. I told her that I had free kid's dessert reward in my account and the employee had me putmy number into the kiosk to claim the reward (kid's molten cake). I also ordered a kid's cheeseburger which came with fries anda drink. It took about ten minutes to received the order. My daughter sat in the vehicle and began eating the fries. I didn'thave to ask, watching her stuff her face was evident enough that she was enjoying her meal. I didn't order anything for myselfbecause I already had something to eat somewhere else. The worst Chili?s restaurant ever also my last time there! I went for a BBQ Ribs normally at all restaurants everywhere any... brand name when you order a full rack of ribs you receive 11-12 ribs in the order and if you want a half rack it?s 5-6 ribs alsoit comes with 2 sides of your choice. Well for my surprise at this Chili?s at Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I order a half rack of bbqribs and I received just 3 small ribs and like a 14 fries and the worst cole slaw ever also I have to change my lemonade 3 timesbecause the flavor was just like water! The waitress cleared wasn't trained well. The salads were incorrect. Told her we were allergic to red onions. She took the salad... back removed the onions and bought the SAME salad back. Same with the croutons, smh. The salmon was overcooked. At this point Ijust gave up. First bad experience at a Chili's. Read more
I order a simple Southwest salad and a cup of loaded potato soup....they put cilantro in my soup and my salad had no avocado i... paid extra for no onions no pico....just lettuce and luke warm chicken. I will drive further for a better Chili's next time...Ihave now been on hold for 21 minutes trying to get my money back and the manager has left me on hold. Had a great time with my family. Food was fantastic the Bacon Burger was just perfectly cooked. Corn on the cob is a must every... time we visit and the southwestern eggrolls were amazing. Fries and cheese fries were a bit to dry maybe but nevertheless therest of the food was simply perfect for the occasion. I for sure will come back for another Bacon Burger. ???? Read more
We were a group of 5 and a toddler on a busy Saturday night. Great service! The drinks were run to our table before we even... finished placing the order. I can't remember the servers name but nice young lady! Food was hot and fresh! IDK I was just reallyimpressed.
