This restaurant is not in a good situation. I've tried it a few times and always come away frustrated. The last trip this week... was the icing that I won't be back ever. They were out of lettuce, guacamole, napkins and forks (seriously how can you run outof napkins and forks?). I got home and started feeling ill shortly after and had a bad case of food poisoning. I go to chipotle infrequently enough to not learn my lesson, that this location is particularly horrible. Online orders are put... on the back burner. You show up late to pickup expecting slow service. And it?s still never ready. Employees standing arounddoing nothing while the online order tickets are overflowing. No sense of urgency or quality of service. Consistently 3 of 3times waited 30+ minutes after the time they give me, for my online order. Absolutely filthy restaurant. Trash on the floors, garbage overflowing, food scraps on every table. Beverage area dirty and had... a bucket of dirty water and cleaning rags on it. I was in tonight a bit after 6pm. I haven't had chipotle since I worked at bal harbor 6 years ago but today it was a strong... craving. The staff was so welcoming and friendly! I enjoyed every moment of the exchange between myself and the tortilla girl aswell as I believe it was the closing manager who helped me out too. Food was delicious, I loved the guacamole so props to theprep person. The only complaint I can give is that I wish I had more chips in the bag because they were so good but overallgreat experience and tasty food. Read more
