TO ANYONE THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!! BEWARE We ordered chips and guac, and lo and behold... we found a piece of meat inside... of our guac. We are disgusted from this food contamination and are worried for our health. Who knows how long that piece of meatwas sitting in there....we are never going back again. We have heard about Chipotle's bad rep with food poisoning and health andsafety issues...but we decided to give it a try. I placed an online order for delivery ? three orders of tacos and an order of chips? I received a single taco. When I asked the... restaurant support team to re-deliver the order they indicated that wasn?t an option. This is not the first time they messed upmy order but certainly the last one as I will not be ordering again until they fix the issues. Beyond frustrated!!!! Read more

I used to come here 2-3 times a week for a long time and now I just come in about once a month just to remind myself of how bad... it has gotten. Big fan but this location needs to get those robots before any other location because I doubt that they can doworse than the staff working here. Rice is consistently undercooked, they're usually out of at least one ingredient...usually aprotein and as others here have mentioned, the flavor is just not the same; rice lacks the lime and cilantro, protein isunder-seasoned or not seasoned at all and this last time that I went (a couple days ago) there was only one person working thewhole assembly line...from beginning to end. I went to the chipotle on broward and what I saw was disgusting. Not only that I watch an employee sweep the meat and the beans... and the salad back into the serving pots off a dirty counter that he wiped off with a dirty contaminated towel. that physicallyleft smudges on the counter.. . then you had two people making out and grinding on each other. another two people and backdancing then you had one person not doing anything then you had the cashier spacing out. and then another employee walkingback-and-forth from a reason.. and twerking off the countertops with her long braided hair sweeping the coffee cutting boardtable.. none of them had hair nets and none of them had gloves on it was like walking into a high school party. I saw no oneresponsible or saying anything to any of them. If I were for corporate I literally would have fired every single person there. .That location is a mess very very dirty and very unprofessional. The food at Chipotle has fallen off from what I'm used to it being. It still tastes good but not great- the chicken that I got... was not well-seasoned and or tender and the black beans tasted as if they were just thrown out of a tin- unseasoned. All theother ingredients were good though so the meal in its entirety was pretty okay. The staff members were very unfriendly andrather rushy even though there was at least an hour and 15 mins left on their shift. They forgot a part of our order that wasalready paid for and when we went back and asked for it we were met with rude glances and told that we would have to pay for it.Normally Chipotle would have been a 5 for me but this location brought it down to a 3. The food was less than half full, they forgot my lettuce in the other bowl and my fajita veggies, it was sooo cold and the bowls... looked so depressing the chipotle in the west lake commons would never do this they are the superior chipotle. I love chipotle and so does my husband. This is our go to place. We love when they have all of our favorites ready to eat. Good... service as well. Cashier could be a little friendlier but they switch around luckily and overall the service is top notch. Read more

Opened my food and there was garbage in it. Someone?s dirty balled up crumbled clock in receipt. I called store and the manager... had an attitude. I don?t even think that was the manager, can?t be.
