Do NOT go to this place. I hadn't ordered in awhile, now I was reminded why. The pizza I ordered had NO SAUCE and NO EXTRA... CHEESE that I paid for. I could tell because I could see the NO SAUCE BREAD UNDERNEATH the barely sprinkled "5 cheese" pizza. SOMANY pizza places nearby, I would highly recommend the Pizza Hut just 3-4 blocks south of this place. I regret not going there,as I usually do. Read more
i have tried to get someone on the phone 6 times over 15 minutes every call. Called to to tell them I got a pizza that was not... even close to what i ordered. the service here is a disaster. Guess what i am still on the phone trying to reach someone. Read more

Today I placed an order, after an hour the tracker advised it was delivered when it was not. Called the store 6 times, each time... the phone was picked up and immediately placed on hold. I was unable to get a refund via phone for my order that never arrived,I decided at that time to drive to the store. I walked in to find the one employee, Kayla and the delivery person Delio standingby the front door in the lobby while the phone was ringing off the hook. I stated why I was there and was greeted with attitudefrom Kayla. I questioned why the phones were not being answered, Kayla stated ?i put you on hold because I don?t care, my shiftis over at 4?, at this time it was 3:53 PM. I asked Kayla why she was giving me attitude when my order was clearly not deliveredand she?s fully aware of it. We got absolutely no where as Kayla was finding time to laugh with her female friend who wascharging her phone in the lobby. I immediately requested a refund and walked out. One of the worst fast food experiences of my life. There was no aspect of the service that deserves a good comment. I placed an... order for approximately $40 at 9:48 pm. And they delivered a totally different order. Here the odyssey began, I tried tocontact the store no less than 6 times without any response, which includes waiting for more than 8 minutes for a"representative" to assist me, which never happened. Moreover, I tried the option of placing an order to be able to speak withsomeone who would attend me, it didn't work either, they redirected me to an extension where they left the line open withoutattending to me and finally hung up. The system to report claims did not work either, I never received an access code, aftertrying several times the system blocked me. I tried the central customer service phone number and guess what, the answeringmachine said to call during business hours. My last resort was to go to the store to talk to the person in charge asking for mymoney back. The answer I received was that the delivery was being delivered at that time to my house, there were no apologies,there were no explanations. Starving and full of frustration, I returned to my house at 11:40 pm to consume what I originallyordered (almost two hours later). Read more

If I can give 0 stars I would like why would anyone feel comfortable sending someone family this who pay their money. Very sad
