Was given a muffin that looked like a bran muffin. I returned and the manager torn the muffin and told me angrily that was a... pumpkin muffin. She was very angry. Really good Dunkin' donuts they have coffee they have wake up wraps and other morning foods and also this is my 100th review on... Google maps if you can celebrate for me because I am really busy right now so I can't celebrate but yes Dunkin donuts is reallygood they also have donuts like their name. Read more
When we arrived there was no one in the drive thru. But somehow the order still took a very long time. They had us pull over to... the side to wait. They brought out our donuts first, with no explanation that the rest of the order was coming, just walkedaway. 3-4 minutes later they brought out our coffees, again with no explanations or apologies for the wait. Then they came outto ask if we had a food order, if so, what was the order. When they finally brought out the food, they gave us the wrong bagelwith no knife for our cream cheese on the side, and no napkins of course. I had to go inside to get the correct bagel. Therewere easily 7 people working and only 2 customers inside. I cannot understand why they were having such difficulty. I always tryto give restaurants a lot of grace because I understand it can be a difficult job. But this place is horrible. It isdisorganized, and they do not even bother to apologize for their mistakes. Don?t waste your time and money. Go to the one acrossthe street!!!! Read more

Coffee on point. However ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese and received 1 correct breakfast sandwich. The other sandwich was a a... disgusting sausage pattie with egg and no cheese. ???? Line so damn long, dunkin literally ruined my morning breakfast. Read more
Wow. Just wow. So fast, such friendly and fun employees. Best Dunkin I've been to to date. The coffee is amazing! My favorite is... the better pecan latte and iced latte with mocha swirl. I have to say whoever has been making those sandwiches lately is of thehighest caliber in sandwich crafting. Read more
I just wanted to let the owner know that today 05/29 at 9:40am in this store is managed for bad employment the one with blue... t-shirts is the worst. Very bad service and they make people drive with uncompleted order. I wait for 20 min and people getthere complaining. I drive for doordash and after wait and wait i asked her this is all.my order and she say yes. Them theclient call asking for all the drinks. She knew it the cashier.. her bad intention was clear. She knew the order was incompletewhen i asked her. Ether way her say yes. Evil people in this store. Read more
Terrible service.... I go there often and normally the service is ok. However, today there was a older woman there who didn't... give my husband our entire order. I went back there and stated to the gentleman outside that I was given a partial order and hesaid he would let them know. I waited patiently behind 4 cars for the rest of my order. I let the older lady standing outsideknow my order was missing 10 munchkins and 1 sugar doughnut. The guy at the window says oh your husband was just here I'm sorrylet me get your order. The older lady then tells me she needs me to move out of the way so she can take the cars behind me. Iasked her why do I need to move if they messed my order up and it was just doughnuts. She proceeds to walk away and yells justpull up. Stop forcing people to move up because you messed up. I waited my turn patiently so can everyone else. Read more
