They do make good fresh bagels and the coffee is fine. But somewhat disorderly and not very clean.
Steven the manager is amazingly welcoming, gracious, and passionate about customer service....remembering your name and even... your usual order. His staff reflects that same courtesy, efficiency, and client focus. The place is always clean and fragrentwith freshly baked products.
