They do make good fresh bagels and the coffee is fine. But somewhat disorderly and not very clean.

Steven the manager is amazingly welcoming, gracious, and passionate about customer service....remembering your name and even... your usual order. His staff reflects that same courtesy, efficiency, and client focus. The place is always clean and fragrentwith freshly baked products. To start I?m a very tough critic when it comes to food & customer service. My wife knows I never give a 10. But this is a 10.... From the staff knowing locals by order and name. From the food, smoothies, coffee & service. This is the best bagel I?ve EVERhad and the coffee is to die for. I got the farm house bagel, vanilla hazelnut coffee and a strawberry smoothie!! Got orange Juice that is sold in those clear plastic cups that usually means fresh squeezed, but it was Minute Maid, just... deceiving. Iced coffee is watered down, horrible taste. The lox on the bagel wasn?t the best quality, chewy, the tomato was notripened and was pale pink in color and had those hard unbeatable fibers in the middle and the onion rings on top were half inchthick...so had to move them aside. The bagel and cream cheese were fine (hence the three stars). The service was fast. Read more

Terrible service. Was greeted with a rude hello. Ordered a bakers dozen and was told she will cut them in a little bit. The girl... was taking orders of her friends behind me before she would accept my card to finish my payment. The front entry was filthy andthe store was not stocked properly. I watched as several people searched for the cream cheese they wanted. We come often but wewon't be back. Read more
