In general, Love Einstein Bagels.. However HORRIBLE - 0 out of 10 for management and corporate that are failing this location. ... The 2 star for the staff....Seems employees are doing their best with what they have. Staff was friendly and courteous.Reconfirmed my order, made substitutions as requested, delivered the order pleasantly. The store, however, is falling apart. The coffee and bagel was perfect! However, the Customer service was dismal at best. The store could use a good cleaning. The... utensil buckets were very stained, the countertops and underneath the drink dispensers were quite filthy as well as the threedoormats. Read more

Took 20 minutes to get to order with only 2 people in line and then told I?d have to wait. 4 employees working. One of the girls... chatting with the guy behind me and took his order out of sequence. No indoor dining at the moment, but Einstein bagels are still delicious as always. They have a little bit of outdoor seating as... well as curbside pickup. Lots of yummy things on the menu, including a new low-carb sous vide egg in a bagel shape. That said, Ithink my favorite item is still the vanilla hazelnut coffee. So good! ????? Read more
Ordered from DoorDash this morning. Einstein forgot my shmear despite it being on the receipt taped to the bag. What's point of... bagels without shmear? So the bagels I ordered were useless. I also ordered the turkey avocado bacon sandwich. It came amangled mess, looks like it was dropped on the floor then balled up and thrown in the bag. A large chunk of the asiago bagel itcame on was missing as well. Tried to call the store because DoorDash offered no help. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone.It's apparent that the employees just don't care about the quality of their food or their customers. Read more
